At L'Art de Vivre restaurant, nestled in the heart of Château l'Hospitalet, he sublimates local produce, seasonality and the living link between land and sea.

 

This recognition also honors the work of the entire team and its partner producers, including the biodynamic farm at Céleyran.

The cuisine evolves with the micro-seasons, letting textures, aromas and the vitality of ingredients speak for themselves. Nothing is set in stone: everything breathes, everything lives.

One Team, One Vision, One Land

Behind every dish served at L'Art de Vivre, there's more than just know-how: there's a committed, close-knit and passionate team.

 

Headed by Chef Laurent Chabert, who has been based at Château l'Hospitalet since 2014, his vision is based on humility, high standards and respect for the living. The son of an Auvergne breeder, he cultivates a sensitive approach to cuisine, rooted in the terroir and looking to the future.

 

Around him, in the kitchen and in the dining room, every member of the team works with dedication and precision. Together, they share the same philosophy: subtlety, sincerity and seasonality, in a constant quest for coherence between the plate, the place and the living.

 

It's this human alchemy, made up of the right gestures, mutual trust and love of the job, that gives each service its warmth, fluidity and soul.
